Panna Legends — Terms of Service
Effective date: 14 October 2026
These terms apply to the mobile game Panna Legends ("the Game"), published by ran6k ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
1. Who can play
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and supervise any purchases.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the Game, or use cheats, bots or modified versions of it.
3. Virtual currency and items
The Game contains virtual currencies (such as money, tokens and credits) and items. You can earn them by playing or buy some of them with real money through Google Play.
- Virtual currencies and items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred between players or accounts.
- You receive a licence to use them in the Game; you don't own them.
- We may change how they work, or their in-game prices, as part of balancing and updating the Game.
- Progress, including bought currency, is stored on your device. It can be lost if you uninstall the Game, reset it, or change devices; we cannot restore it.
4. Purchases and refunds
All purchases are processed by Google Play under Google Play's terms. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final. Refund requests go through Google Play. If a purchase wasn't delivered, contact us with your order number and we'll help.
5. Ads
The Game shows ads, some of which you can choose to watch for in-game rewards. Ads are provided by third parties and are covered by our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the Game, or parts of it, at any time. Some features may need an update to keep working.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the Game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where you live, and nothing in them affects the mandatory consumer protections you have there.
